Whitney Irwin

Hi, my name is Whitney Irwin. I am a Certified Professional Life Coach. Are you going through a difficult stage in life where you feel confused or lost? Are you feeling a lack of motivation, or are you unsure of your true calling in life? Are you stuck in a job you do not like and unsure what your next move should be? As a Certified Professional Life Coach, I am trained in helping people discover themselves, provide direction, and develop true happiness in all aspects of life.

I obtained my certification as a Professional Life Coach at the University of Central Florida, and I achieved my Associate of Science in Occupational Therapy degree at Keiser University. I am currently pursuing my Bachelor of Science in Psychology with Capella University.

I have worked in the medical field for over 7 years as a Licensed Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA/L), a branch off of psychology. During my career as a COTA/L, I worked with various diagnoses from neurological, cardiac, orthopedic to Intellectual disabilities. I have a significant amount of experience working with children, adult, and geriatric populations. As a COTA/L, I helped cultivate a safe and healthy environment, delivered motivation, and assisted my patients in achieving realistic goals in order for them to thrive in life.
