With over 20 years of nursing experience and advanced training as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I am passionate about helping individuals achieve improved mental wellness, emotional balance, and a greater sense of fulfillment in their lives. I earned my Master of Science in Nursing with a specialization in Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner from St. Thomas University and am board certified through the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC).

Throughout my healthcare career, I have had the privilege of caring for individuals facing a wide range of medical and mental health challenges. These experiences have reinforced my belief that every person deserves compassionate, individualized care delivered in a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment. I understand that seeking help can feel overwhelming, and I strive to create a therapeutic space where you feel heard, respected, and empowered.

I work with adolescents and adults experiencing concerns such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, stress, life transitions, and other mental health concerns. My approach combines evidence-based psychiatric treatment, medication management, psychoeducation, and supportive therapeutic techniques to help each patient reach their personal goals.

I believe mental health care is most effective when it is collaborative. Together, we will develop a treatment plan that reflects your unique experiences, strengths, and needs. My goal is not only to help reduce symptoms but also to support long-term resilience, personal growth, and improved quality of life.

Hello, my name is Jordan Colombini, I am a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I am committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health care and medication management to individuals across the lifespan.

I earned my Associate Degree in Nursing from Charity School of Nursing in New Orleans, Louisiana, and later obtained both my Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain University.

Through my clinical training, I have gained experience treating a variety of mental health conditions, including ADHD, OCD, PTSD, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and other psychiatric concerns. While I enjoy working with patients of all ages and backgrounds, I have a special passion for supporting women during pregnancy, postpartum, and other major life transitions.

My approach to care is holistic, collaborative, and individualized. I strive to create a safe, supportive, and judgment-free environment where patients feel heard and empowered. In addition to psychiatric evaluation and medication management, I incorporate therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), supportive therapy, psychoeducation, and strength-based interventions when appropriate.

Having personally benefited from therapy and medication management, I understand the courage it takes to seek help. It is a privilege to now serve on the other side as a provider, helping others navigate their mental health journeys just as mental health professionals once helped me navigate my own.
